Business Development Manager-Interior Division

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth and expansion of our Interior Division. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, driving sales, and nurturing client relationships in the commercial and residential interior design/construction sectors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of interior solutions, project management cycles, and client needs within the design and build industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Strategy:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail sectors.
  • Research market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to create targeted business strategies.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, project managers, and end clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for customer communications pre- and post-sales.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth:
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, bids, and tenders in coordination with the design and estimation teams.
  • Upsell and cross-sell value-added services such as modular furniture, turnkey interior fit-outs, MEP solutions, and customized design packages.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
  • Work closely with the design, project management, and execution teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide client feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Generate regular performance reports and business forecasts.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–7 years of business development experience in the interior design/build industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network within the real estate, architecture, or construction industries is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical drawings and interior specifications.
