Business Development Manager (Interior, fitout, Civil, Real Estate)

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in the Interior & Fit-Out industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential fit-out projects.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, project managers, architects, and corporate clients.
  • Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and capability presentations to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with estimation and design teams to prepare competitive quotations and tender submissions.
  • Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of projects and update CRM records regularly.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches in Dubai.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in Interior & Fit-Out sales/business development.
  • Strong network within consultants, project managers, and corporate clients in Dubai.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
