Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential fit-out projects.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, project managers, architects, and corporate clients.
- Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and capability presentations to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with estimation and design teams to prepare competitive quotations and tender submissions.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of projects and update CRM records regularly.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches in Dubai.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in Interior & Fit-Out sales/business development.
- Strong network within consultants, project managers, and corporate clients in Dubai.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
