Business Development Manager (Islamabad)

Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with clients, with a specific focus on publishing and educational institutions. If you have a proven track record in education sector sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving growth, we want to hear from you.

  • Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
  • Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with educational institutions, schools, and other Corporate firms.
  • Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Conduct business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Suggest upgrades or additional products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes.
  • Cold call potential clients and close sales, working with clients through the closing process.
  • Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow-up.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

  • Specific relevant experience in Publishing and Education Sector will be preferred.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Market knowledge preferred, particularly in the publishing and education sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in sales.
  • Willingness to travel for business meetings all over Islamabad.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
