We are seeking an experienced
Senior Business Development Manager
to spearhead our growth in the IT industry. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with expertise in
enterprise IT services, cybersecurity solutions, cloud transformation, ERP systems, and managed services
.
This role offers the opportunity to work directly with
enterprise and government clients, technology partners, distributors, and system integrators
to design and deliver innovative solutions that drive large-scale digital transformation.

C-level engagement
and a successful track record in leading
complex sales cycles
and
closing high-value deals
.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a
sales strategy
for IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud, ERP, and Managed Services aligned with digital transformation initiatives.

Build and manage relationships with key partners (
AWS, Microsoft, VMware, Snowflake, distributors, resellers
) to expand joint business opportunities.

Identify, pursue, and close strategic opportunities with
enterprise and government organizations
.

Establish and maintain trusted relationships with
CIOs, CISOs, CTOs
, and senior government and enterprise executives.

Collaborate with
solution architects, pre-sales, and delivery teams
to craft winning proposals and RFP responses tailored to market needs.

Consistently meet and exceed assigned
sales quotas and revenue targets
.

Represent
VaporVM
at partner events, industry forums, digital transformation programs, and networking opportunities.

Monitor
market trends, government initiatives, partner programs, and competitive landscapes
to ensure effective positioning of VaporVM.
Requirements

8–12 years
of experience in
Business Development / Sales
within IT Services.

Proven track record in selling
Cybersecurity, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), ERP, and Managed IT Solutions
.

Strong experience working with
partners, distributors, and system integrators
to co-sell and drive joint business growth.

Established network of
enterprise and government clients
with experience engaging in large-scale public and private sector projects.

Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
in English (Arabic or Urdu preferred).

Ability to
lead the full sales cycle
— from prospecting to closure.

Bachelor’s degree
in Business, IT, or a related discipline.
