Business Development Manager – IT & Cybersecurity Solutions (Cloud, ERP, Managed Services)

Lahore, Pakistan

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the IT industry. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with expertise in enterprise IT services, cybersecurity solutions, cloud transformation, ERP systems, and managed services .

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with enterprise and government clients, technology partners, distributors, and system integrators to design and deliver innovative solutions that drive large-scale digital transformation.

This position requires strong C-level engagement and a successful track record in leading complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals .


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud, ERP, and Managed Services aligned with digital transformation initiatives.
  • Build and manage relationships with key partners ( AWS, Microsoft, VMware, Snowflake, distributors, resellers ) to expand joint business opportunities.
  • Identify, pursue, and close strategic opportunities with enterprise and government organizations .
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs , and senior government and enterprise executives.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, pre-sales, and delivery teams to craft winning proposals and RFP responses tailored to market needs.
  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets .
  • Represent VaporVM at partner events, industry forums, digital transformation programs, and networking opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, government initiatives, partner programs, and competitive landscapes to ensure effective positioning of VaporVM.


Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within IT Services.
  • Proven track record in selling Cybersecurity, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), ERP, and Managed IT Solutions .
  • Strong experience working with partners, distributors, and system integrators to co-sell and drive joint business growth.
  • Established network of enterprise and government clients with experience engaging in large-scale public and private sector projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Arabic or Urdu preferred).
  • Ability to lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline.
