Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager (Recruitment – End-to-End) to strengthen our recruitment and manpower business in Al Khobar, KSA. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with well-known manpower groups including Asmacs, Soundlines Group, Ghewala, and Manpower.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business development strategies to acquire new clients in the recruitment/manpower sector
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across industries
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process – from client briefing, sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, to final selection
Identify business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to drive revenue growth
Prepare proposals, presentations, and agreements tailored to client requirements
Achieve business targets and ensure client satisfaction
Work closely with recruitment teams to deliver manpower within agreed timelines
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in business development within recruitment/manpower supply industry (experience with groups like Asmacs, Soundlines, Ghewala, Manpower is an advantage)
Knowledge of overseas recruitment, manpower supply, and client handling
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
Must be available for onsite work in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
