Business Development Manager (Solar)

Islamabad, Pakistan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Power Backup Solutions across the Central Region.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.

Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share, drive revenue growth, and achieve sales targets.

Prepare and submit accurate quotations, negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.

Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to position our solutions effectively.

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, customer pain points, and challenges within the UPS, AVR, and batteries domain.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services, meeting client expectations.

Any other duty (ies) assigned by the management.

Qualification

Academic

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Professional

Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the UPS, AVR, and batteries sector, with a deep understanding of industry dynamics and customer needs.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strategic thinking and analytical skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Experience: 4 - 6 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs120,000.00 per month
