Business Development Manager - Stitching Accessories

Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a motivated professional to drive sales growth, expand their customer base, and strengthen relationships with key clients in the stitching accessories segment (threads, zippers, buttons, elastics, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in B2B markets.
  • Identify and onboard new clients across apparel, footwear, leather goods, and textile manufacturing sectors.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with distributors and manufacturers.
  • Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote products and generate leads.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to support product innovation and customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in stitching accessories, textile trims, or related supplies.
  • Strong network within garment manufacturing, footwear, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Degree in Business, Textile Technology, or a related discipline preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
