Job Summary:
Brandnex is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader for Business Development in IT Sales. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand the company's presence in the IT solutions market.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT solutions market.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, and leveraging industry contacts.
Client Engagement:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions to address their challenges.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to refine business development approaches.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track team performance.
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience of 2 years in IT sales with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of IT products and solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
