Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive the sales of our UPVC profiles . Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with UPVC window and door fabricators, builders, architects, and other relevant stakeholders. You will promote our product range, understand their requirements, and secure sales to achieve and exceed targets. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent sales and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the building materials industry, and the ability to build a robust sales network.
Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential UPVC window and door fabricators, builders, architects, and contractors.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and applications of our UPVC profile range.
Understand client specifications and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Generate inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up diligently to close sales.
Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to achieve profitable outcomes.
Provide technical support and product information to clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., production, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and seminars to network and promote our products.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the building materials industry, specifically with UPVC profiles, PVC products, or related construction materials.
Strong understanding of the UPVC window and door fabrication process and the needs of fabricators.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish strong professional relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and possess a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
Familiarity with the Bangalore construction market and key players is highly desirable.
