Location: On-Site – Siddique Trade Center, Gulberg, Lahore
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
Salary: PKR 80,000/month + Attractive Commission (Depending on Experience)
Probation Period: 3 Months

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our dynamic team supporting a Canadian recruitment firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management — preferably within the recruitment, HR, or staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Canadian market through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR managers, and decision-makers to understand staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment and account management teams to align client requirements with candidate sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct sales presentations and virtual meetings with potential clients to pitch recruitment services and customized solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements in line with company policies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in B2B sales, recruitment, staffing, or service-based industries is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written).
  • Familiarity with North American business culture and sales practices is a plus.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, MS Office, and multitasking.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to work during night shift hours (7 PM – 4 AM).
