Leads Generation
- Manage bidding platforms such as Upwork
- Identify relevant projects and craft tailored proposals for SaaS, IT services, or software development projects.
- Write winning bids that align with client requirements and company capabilities.
- Maintain a high response rate and follow up on submitted proposals.
- Generate qualified leads through organic methods, outreach, and networking.
Business Development
- Conduct market research to identify new business prospects and potential clients.
- Support the sales pipeline by scheduling meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare cost estimates, timelines, and project scope documents.
- Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
Communication & Coordination
- Draft professional emails, proposals, and client communications.
- Participate in client calls to understand project requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, product, engineering) to ensure smooth project handover.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in bidding, lead generation, or business development (preferably in IT/SaaS)
