Business Development Officer

FlyBiz Business Consultants is a leading provider of business setup services in the UAE, specializing in Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company registrations. Based in Dubai, we offer end-to-end, tailored solutions for businesses, including trade license registration, visa processing, and virtual office services. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms
  • Generate and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and present company services to potential clients
  • Promote company services including company formation, license registration and renewals, VAT and corporate tax registration, accounting & bookkeeping, tax filing, and bank account opening assistance.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales target.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities
  • Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and networking events when required

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
  • Experience in the UAE market is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • CRM experience is a plus

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
