Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Officer to convert prospects, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be confident, result-oriented, and capable of handling sales targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads
• Convert inquiries into admissions / sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain daily lead and sales reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing
• Participate in promotional and marketing activities

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: Below 30 years
• Nationality Preference: Keralites preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree (any field)
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Immediate joiners preferred

Compensation:

• Salary: AED 3,000
• Attractive Commission + Incentives based on performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
