Business Development Officer

We are a growing Audit and Tax Consultancy firm in Dubai looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our audit, accounting, and tax services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for audit, accounting, tax, and advisory services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Conduct client meetings and present the firm’s services
• Prepare proposals and follow up on leads
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Previous experience in business development or sales within an audit, accounting, or consultancy firm in Dubai is highly preferred
• Basic understanding of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, accounting, and audit services will be an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
