Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident, results-driven, and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team for a UK-based telecom company providing VOIP services across the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales leads, communicating with UK clients, and successfully converting prospects into long-term business customers.

The candidate must have excellent English communication skills and a proven ability to close deals professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and follow up with qualified leads via calls and emails
  • Present and explain VOIP products and services to UK-based clients
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and sales
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Coordinate with the technical team for smooth onboarding of new clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales
  • Ability to close deals
  • Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Professional attitude and strong communication skills
  • Bachelor Degree
