We are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to overall sales growth through effective business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities
• Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, and sales activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in B2B or B2C sales will be considered an advantage
