Business Development Officer

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to identify growth opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Generate leads through market research and networking
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales or business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
