Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer, based in Abu Dhabi. The Business Development Officer will identify and develop new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and drive strategic partnerships. Daily responsibilities include creating proposals, maintaining client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the financial growth of the center through comprehensive analysis and planning.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities to expand the center’s patient base, corporate portfolio, and referral network
· Build and maintain strong professional relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, healthcare providers, and strategic partners
· Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the growth objectives and long-term vision of Dr. Firas Dental & Orthodontic Center
· Generate leads through networking, market research, relationship management, and community engagement initiatives
· Represent the center at networking events, healthcare exhibitions, corporate meetings, health awareness campaigns, and industry forums
· Identify opportunities for partnerships, tie-ups, and collaboration agreements with organizations, schools, corporates, and healthcare entities
· Coordinate with the marketing team to align business development activities with branding, promotional campaigns, and patient engagement strategies
· Conduct market analysis to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the healthcare and dental sector
· Prepare and deliver professional business presentations, proposals, and partnership pitches to potential clients and stakeholders
· Support the development of corporate wellness programs, dental packages, and customized partnership offerings
· Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, leads, and conversion progress
· Track, analyze, and report business development KPIs, revenue opportunities, partnership outcomes, and market performance metrics
· Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of corporate and partnership accounts
· Contribute to enhancing the center’s reputation, market presence, and overall patient experience through strategic relationship management
· Ensure all business development activities are conducted in compliance with healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and professional standards
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
· 2–4 years of experience in business development, preferably within the healthcare or medical sector
· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
· Proven track record in meeting or exceeding business growth targets
· Must have native English fluency (Spoken and written) and be an Arabic Speaker.
· Prior experience in the UAE market is mandatory.
