Business Development Officer

We are looking for confident and results-driven sales professionals to generate new business by calling UAE companies and booking product demonstrations for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses across the UAE.
• Identify business owners and decision-makers.
• Understand customer pain points and qualify potential leads.
• Schedule online product demonstrations with qualified prospects.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.Meet and exceed daily and monthly KPIs.
• Work closely with the management team to improve sales processes and messaging.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of outbound cold calling or B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling to international markets (UAE, GCC, UK, US, Canada, or Australia).
• Excellent spoken English with a clear and neutral accent.
• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Comfortable making 80–150 outbound calls per day.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office.

Preferred:

• Experience selling SaaS (Software as a Service).
• Experience selling accounting, ERP, HR, payroll, or financial software.
• Experience booking appointments for software demonstrations.
• Knowledge of the UAE business environment is an advantage.
• Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar.
