Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team on market trends and customer preferences.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in life insurance sales within the UAE.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance and a strong understanding of the local insurance market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse pipeline of prospects and clients.

- A self-motivated and results-driven approach to work.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
