Role Summary

We are hiring a Business Development Officer / Management Trainee Officer to support business growth within the finance and trading domain. This is an on-site role involving lead generation, client engagement, market analysis, and relationship management. The ideal candidate is motivated, target-driven, and eager to build a long-term career in the investment industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls and in-person meetings.
  • Implement lead generation and prospecting strategies.
  • Convert qualified leads into client meetings and business opportunities.
  • Present and explain investment concepts to prospective clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Keep clients informed about key market factors that may impact investment products.
  • Conduct follow-ups and negotiations to close business opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned targets with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Work independently while also collaborating effectively with the team.
  • Continuously study financial markets to identify trends and opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with professional conduct.
  • Ability to analyze information and identify business opportunities.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the financial and investment domain.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the investment, brokerage, or financial services industry.
  • Basic knowledge of financial markets or trading platforms (e.g., commodities, PMEX).
