We are seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to identify growth opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue through new and existing business channels.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and markets

Develop and execute business development strategies

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners

Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers

Lead negotiations and support contract closure

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve growth targets

Track performance metrics and provide regular reports to management

Suggest improvements to products, services, and go-to-market strategies

Requirements

Minimum [10] years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

Solid understanding of business models and commercial strategies

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets

Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications
