Business Development Officer(FEMALES)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Officer to join our Sales team. This role is crucial for driving business growth, building client relationships, and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strategic mindset, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and market research.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

· Present and promote Floret Capitals' products and services to potential clients.

· Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver exceptional service.

· Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

· Attend relevant industry events and network to promote the company's services.

Requirements/Qualification:

Experience: Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within the financial services or commodities trading industry.

Education: Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Other Skills and Expertise:
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
