The Female Business Development Officer plays a pivotal role in the front-end sales cycle. Your mission is to serve as the primary point of contact for aspiring immigrants, providing professional, empathetic, and accurate initial consultations. You are responsible for nurturing leads from the inquiry stage through to the signing of a formal service agreement.
Core Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Conversion
- Initial Consultation: Conduct professional face-to-face and telephonic consultations to understand a client’s background, education, and migration goals.
- Eligibility Assessment: Perform preliminary evaluations of client profiles against current immigration criteria for countries like Canada, Australia, UK, and Europe.
- Pipeline Nurturing: Consistently follow up with "warm" leads to address concerns, provide additional information, and encourage the final decision to sign.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Trust Building: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all client interactions are handled with the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy.
- Documentation Guidance: Assist clients in understanding the initial document checklist and the legal steps involved in the "Retainer Agreement" process.
3. Sales & Daily Operations
- Activity Targets: Achieve daily and weekly KPIs, including a specific number of outbound calls, scheduled walk-in appointments, and successful conversions.
- CRM Updates: Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions and lead statuses within the company’s tracking system.
- In-Branch Support: Assist the Branch Head in organizing "On-Spot Evaluation" events or seminars to attract new prospects.
4. Market & Product Knowledge
- Policy Updates: Stay informed on the latest immigration news and "Draws" to ensure that the advice provided is current and legally sound.
- Competitor Awareness: Monitor industry trends to better position OWILC’s services as the superior choice for clients.
Required Competencies
- Professional Grooming: A polished and professional demeanor suitable for a high-end corporate consultancy environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Urdu.
- Persuasive Skills: Ability to handle client objections with patience and logic.
- Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; prior experience in sales, banking, or education consultancy is a significant plus.
