About the Role:

The Finance Manager is responsible for leading the company’s financial activities, including budgeting, financial analysis, cash flow management, and compliance with accounting and tax regulations. They support senior management with financial reports and strategic recommendations, and oversee the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities, tenders, and RFPs, while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and strategic partners to achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Manage and update the client and opportunities database (CRM or project management tools such as Monday.com) and deliver professional company presentations highlighting strengths and capabilities.
  • Analyze RFPs and tender documents to fully understand project scope and requirements, and prepare, draft, and finalize technical proposals and bid documents in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Develop innovative concepts, interactive solutions, and guest experience ideas in collaboration with the creative team, while coordinating with Projects, Procurement, and Creative departments to gather all necessary inputs for proposals.
  • Ensure timely submission of proposals, strictly adhering to deadlines, and review and proofread proposals to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company identity and standards.
  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJ ourney, AI-based data analysis and automation platforms) to support proposal writing, idea generation, and content creation, while researching and adopting new market trends, digital tools, and automation methods to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Participate in proposal presentations and pitch meetings with clients when required, and track and analyze proposal outcomes (awarded/rejected) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare periodic reports on business opportunities, submitted proposals, and success ratios to support strategic decision-making.


Required Skills & Competencies


  • Strong knowledge and hands-on use of  AI tools  for content, design, and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret RFP requirements and develop tailored proposals.
  • Creative writing and content development capabilities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, CRM systems, and project management tools.
  • Deep understanding of the exhibitions, conferences, and events industry.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
