Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify, target, and establish relationships with potential clients in industries such as hospitality, F&B, healthcare, IT, and construction.
- Generate new business leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their recruitment needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of recruitment services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
