Business Development Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive, ambitious, and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of proven experience in client acquisition or business development, with a strong ability to explore new markets and accelerate business growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates effectively, and enjoys building long-term professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, converting them into long-term clients.
  • Conduct meetings with clients to understand their needs and present tailored business solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to enhance offerings and strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in business development or client acquisition.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Prior experience in a software house will be considered a strong advantage.

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
  • Salary: Market Competitive

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs145,000.00 per month
