We’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative with strong communication skills and cold calling experience (40–50 calls/day). The role involves market research, lead generation, and consistent follow-ups to convert prospects. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform 40–50 cold calls per day to prospective clients.
  • Engage potential leads by clearly communicating the value proposition of IT solutions.
  • Schedule meetings and set appointments for senior sales team members.
  • Proactively follow up on leads and opportunities to drive engagement.
  • Conduct in-depth research on target markets, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Identify and evaluate potential customers and key decision-makers.
  • Work effectively in a target-driven environment to meet or exceed weekly and monthly goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to strategize and optimize outreach efforts.
  • Understand and communicate the core features and benefits of IT solutions offered by the company.
  • Utilize tools like Apollo.io and LinkedIn for lead generation, prospecting, and outreach activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Business Development, Lead Generation, or IT Service Sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong cold-calling experience and ability to perform outreach confidently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to conduct effective market research and identify new opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
