Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: Gulberg 2, Lahore
Job Type: Full-time (Night Shift)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients. Your focus will be on connecting with prospects, understanding their business needs, and setting up qualified opportunities for the sales team. This position is centered on lead engagement and relationship building rather than direct sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with potential clients through outbound calls and email outreach.
  • Identify and qualify leads by understanding client needs, timelines, and fit.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and company services.

Requirements:

  • 06 months to 1 year of experience in lead generation, customer outreach, or a related role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with decision-makers and handling outbound communication.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
