Most business development roles in Karachi separate two things that should never be separated: the person who builds the relationship and the person who gets paid for it.

You prospect the account. You run the discovery. You spend three calls earning trust. Then the deal gets handed to a closing team — and the commission goes with it. Your metric is pipeline generated. Theirs is revenue closed.

ABS International does not have a handoff point. The Business Development Representative here owns the full sales cycle — from first outbound contact through signed contract. The pipeline you build is the pipeline you close. The commission on what you close belongs to you.

The work

Identify and develop new US business opportunities through outbound prospecting and targeted outreach. You run the full conversation — initial contact, qualification, follow-up, objection handling, and close. Leads and research tools are provided. Your accounts are yours to develop and yours to convert.

US market. B2B. Decision-maker level. This is not a scripted dialing role.

What you need

One year minimum of B2B sales, business development, or US-facing outbound experience. You understand what a real sales cycle looks like — from cold outreach to a closed deal. Your English is natural and professional on a live call with an American business owner at midnight. Night shift availability, Monday through Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, on-site in Gulistan-e-Johar.

What you earn

PKR 50,000–65,000 guaranteed base, same date every month. ABS has not missed a payroll since 2012. Commission paid directly on what you close — no handoff, no split, no quarterly reset. Current team members are earning PKR 100,000–120,000 per month total. Annual increment based on performance.
