Ford of Port Jeff is seeking an experienced, motivated Business Development Representative to join our team!

What you’ll do:

• Handle a very high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
• Follow up with internet leads and incoming inquiries
• Re-engage unsold showroom traffic
• Build relationships with potential customers
• Convert leads into scheduled showroom appointments

What we’re looking for:

• Prior BDR, call center, or automotive sales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
• Driven, goal-oriented mindset

This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable being on the phone throughout the day and can effectively manage and convert a high volume of leads.

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
