We are a fast-growing Taxi Dispatching BPO providing professional dispatching and customer support solutions to transportation businesses worldwide. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Development Representative to help expand our client base and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities within the taxi, transportation, and dispatching industry
Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and outbound sales campaigns
Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline
Book meetings with business owners and key decision-makers
Present company services professionally and confidently
Negotiate pricing, close deals, and onboard new clients
Build strong client relationships for long-term business growth
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in international call centres
Proven experience in sales development, business development, or B2B client acquisition
Strong background in cold calling, cold emailing, lead generation, and closing deals
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and convincing skills
Confident, professional, and target-driven personality
Ability to work independently and deliver results
Experience in taxi dispatching, BPO, or transportation industry is an advantage
