What We Do

FlairsTech provides dedicated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to help AI and SaaS companies generate qualified pipeline and book meetings with the right decision-makers.

Scope of Work

  • Outbound Prospecting:
    High-volume cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement targeting ICP personas.
  • Lead Qualification:
    Identify and qualify prospects based on agreed criteria (industry, size, need, decision-maker).
  • Meeting Booking:
    Schedule qualified demos/intro calls directly on your calendar with full context and notes.
  • CRM Management:
    Update and manage pipeline in tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or your preferred CRM.
  • Follow-ups & Nurturing:
    Ensure consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion and reduce no-show rates.

BDR Profile

  • 2+ years experience in cold calling and B2B outbound sales.
  • Background in AI platforms, SaaS, or tech-enabled services.
  • Strong English communication with proven objection-handling skills.
  • Experience working North America / Australia shifts.
  • Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Engagement Model

  • Dedicated BDR(s) aligned to your ICP and messaging.
  • KPI-driven performance (calls, meetings, qualified opportunities).
  • Flexible support for different markets (NA, AU, EU).
  • Ability to scale team based on pipeline needs.
