Business Development Representative

Are you a tech-savvy sales professional with a knack for closing deals? We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development to join our growing team at our Shahrah-e-Faisal office. This is a high-impact, indoor role focused on expanding our footprint in the IT and Telecommunications sector.

The ideal candidate will focus on proactive market outreach and LinkedIn prospecting to drive revenue and meet monthly targets.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential B2B clients through proactive outbound calling and personalized outreach.
  • Digital Prospecting: Utilize LinkedIn and professional web platforms to build a pipeline of high-quality leads and decision-makers.
  • Product Expertise: Effectively pitch and present technology solutions, including Video Conferencing (VC), professional headsets, audio solutions, and networking infrastructure.
  • Target Achievement: Take full ownership of the sales cycle—from initial engagement to final negotiation—to consistently close deals and meet monthly sales quotas.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain professional rapport with corporate clients and provide timely follow-ups to ensure long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (Indoor/Inside Sales preferred).
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT solutions (VC, Networking, or Audio Hardware) is highly preferred.
  • Sales Skills: Strong "closing" ability with a target-driven mindset.
  • Communication: Fluent in English and Urdu with excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Social Media Savvy: Proficient in using LinkedIn for professional networking and lead sourcing.
