Overview

LAWAZEM is a leading provider, and we are on the lookout for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our client base and driving the growth of our services.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients through various outreach tactics, including cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Qualify leads by assessing the needs of prospective clients and understanding their business challenges.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to nurture leads and create opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted strategies for lead generation.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospects showcasing our products and services.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales or business development preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
