Business Development Representative - USA Truck Dispatch

Lahore, Pakistan

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled Business Development Representative with experience in the US logistics or trucking sector. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients (truck drivers and small fleets), introducing them to our services, and guiding them through the onboarding process.

What You’ll Do:

  • Contact warm leads of US-based truck drivers and small fleets.
  • Build relationships and clearly communicate the value of our dispatch services.
  • Address questions and concerns to help clients feel confident choosing us.
  • Close new client agreements and ensure smooth handoff to the operations team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in our CRM.

Who You Are:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development— preferably within US trucking, logistics, or a related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Comfortable working evenings/nights (6 PM – 2 AM PKT).
  • Able to work onsite at our Lahore office (Architect Society).
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
