Business Development & Sales Operations Executive

Timings: 1pm-9pm (Onsite)

Location: Islamabad

Experience: 5 Years

Role Overview: We are looking for a high-energy professional who combines sales expertise with project management skills to act as a primary growth engine. This role is responsible for driving revenue through strategic lead generation while simultaneously handling operational onboarding and providing support on planning and legal matters as needed by the respective departments.

The role is Islamabad-based, dealing with UK and European clients.

Working schedule: 6 days a week, with WFH on Saturdays only.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capture new revenue streams.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including professional bidding, arranging site visits, and contract signing.
  • Responsibilities include strategic cold calling, cold emails, social media DMs, qualifying leads, setting up demonstrations, etc.
  • Handle operational tasks, including client onboarding, assisting on legal cases, and customer care.

Requirements:

  • Candidate to have minimum 5 years of experience.
  • B2B experience in any of the following: Banking, Insurance, Corporate Sector, Professional Services.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Must have strong commercial awareness, time management, pipeline management, and in-depth researching and analysis.
  • Candidates must be highly professional, reporting daily to the CEO.
  • Demonstrate good IQ, strong communication, and conflict avoidance skills.
