Business Development Senior Specialist

Job Brief:

This role is pivotal in driving the design, development, implementation and maintenance of mission-critical financial systems, including loan origination, credit scoring, and core lending platforms. This role demands a deep understanding of software engineering best practices, systems architecture, secure coding, and experience in delivering robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions within the financial services domain. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership acumen.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting to ensure management obtaining a clear visioning on business results and function performance
• Oversee all digital & CX analytics and Company Sales performance for all products loans like Personal Finance, Credit Cards, Retail, SME and Auto leasing.
• Apply digital knowledge to interpret data and improve function Performance
• Build systems to transform data into actionable business insights in effective and quality manner.
• Provide the required daily, weekly and monthly reports on functions and performance status on daily basis to the CDO.
• Extracts reports from multiple sources such as but not restricted to operations, IT, Customer feedback and prepare the suitable reports to the CDO.
• Provide an accurate and permanent record of all historical transactions.
• Analyse financial trends in key growth segments and identify gaps through automated reports to highlight segments performance on daily and monthly basis.
• Oversight and technical assistant to support all issues related to reports through various programs and platforms like excel, access or any Company systems.
• Adherence to all regulations and control function within the company in order to ensure that governance, Audit, risk and compliance matters are carried out.
• Fully adherence to the cybersecurity policies, processes, standards and regulations.

Qualification and Experience:

• A Bachelor degree in Management Information System, Computer Science or Business Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in Management Information System at a Banking or Financial institution preferred.
