Overview

We are announcing a job opportunity for a Business Development Specialist to join our corporate sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Build strategic relationships with government entities and large companies.
  • Present the company's solutions in recruitment, consulting, and HR services professionally to meet client needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from negotiation to closing, including preparing proposals, contracts, and follow-ups.
  • Develop and target a database of potential clients periodically to achieve growth.
  • Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure services are delivered in line with sales promises.
  • Monitor the market and competitors, and suggest new opportunities to develop services and achieve growth targets.
Basic Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR services.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
  • Good understanding of the Saudi labor market and the needs of recruiting entities.
  • High skills in presentation, persuasion, and verbal and written communication.
  • English proficiency is preferred.
