Business Development Specialist – Digital Marketing Agency

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Specialist to help grow our digital marketing agency by generating high-quality leads and converting them into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify, generate, and convert qualified leads from international markets through:

o Upwork bidding

o LinkedIn outreach

o Cold email campaigns (with email warm-up tools)

· Develop and execute outreach strategies that consistently drive new business opportunities

· Craft personalized proposals, quotations, and follow-ups to close deals effectively

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project handover

· Track and report key metrics including lead generation, response rates, conversions, and ROI

· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging outreach tools

Requirements:

· 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in a digital marketing agency

· Proven experience in at least 2 of the following channels:

o Upwork bidding

o LinkedIn outreach

o Cold email marketing (experience with tools like Instantly is a plus)

· Good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, etc.) — mandatory

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (strong English proficiency required)

· Strong negotiation, pitching, and closing skills

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets consistently

· Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing outreach performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
