We’re Hiring: Business Development Specialist – Gulf Market
Location: Lahore (Onsite – Full-Time | Morning Shift)
Target Audience: Gulf Countries (UAE, Oman, KSA, Qatar, etc.)
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive growth and build strong client relationships in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proven experience in international sales, and the ability to identify and convert opportunities in the construction/engineering/services sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Gulf countries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and client needs
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience: 3–5 years in international business development (Gulf region experience preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage client accounts
- Familiarity with construction, engineering, or IT services market is a plus
