Business Development Specialist – Oil & Gas Freight

  • Develop new customers and create gross profit.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations.
  • Handle customer complaints and disputes amicably with regards to service delivery, lapses, etc.
  • Partake in customer relationship management activities to improve business relationships with customers to retain and increase sales activities with customers.
  • Work with customers to create solutions for their requirements to increase business.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry dynamics for potential business development and understand competitor dynamics.
  • Higher Level Education (Bachelor qualification or Certificate)
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Freight Forwarding | Supply Chain Management Knowledge
  • Prior experience in a Commercial & Business development of similar industry
  • Proficient knowledge of computers especially in MS Office & Outlook.
