Business Development Specialist ( UAE Nationals )

Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) is seeking a Business Development Specialist - Home and Residential to join our Fitness Division in Dubai, UAE.

About the Role

The successful candidate will focus on driving direct-to-consumer (B2C) sales, expanding market reach, and growing our customer base for premium fitness equipment and wellness products.

Responsibilities
  • Drive B2C sales through retail channels, showrooms, events, and direct client engagement.
  • Identify and develop relationships with personal buyers, fitness professionals, influencers, and wellness-focused clients.
  • Represent global fitness brands in consumer-facing events and retail activations.
  • Work with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns tailored for local market needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide expert consultation to prospective customers.
  • Monitor competitor activity and gather market intelligence to support growth strategies.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in retail or B2C sales, preferably within fitness, architecture and interior design.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer engagement.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
