Tender / Bid Writer & Finance Coordinator (UK Tenders)
We are seeking an experienced skilled Tender / Bid Writer / Manager to support us in identifying, preparing, and submitting high-quality tenders for overseas clients. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in tender writing, exceptional English writing skills, and a strong understanding of UK procurement processes. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can produce compelling, compliant, and persuasive submissions aligned with client requirements and evaluation criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify relevant tender opportunities through procurement portals
- Review tender documentation and analyze requirements
- Lead the end-to-end bid writing process from review to submission
- Ensure compliance with UK tender regulations and submission guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical and financial information
- Develop case studies, capability statements, and supporting documents
- Maintain a tender library and manage multiple deadlines
- Conduct competitor analysis and support bid improvement initiatives
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain tender records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in UK tender / bid writin
- Good understanding of financial information, pricing, and cost-related data used in tenders
- Excellent written and spoken English (near-native preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong research and analytical skills
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
