Strong experience staffing sales experience in GCC region with strong client network and revenue responsibility---Must

Strong experience Managed both sales & delivery for high-volume hiring (blue, grey & white collar; IT) is MUST
-
Strong exp Experience handling enterprise/govt accounts and winning tenders/contracts is MUST
Key Responsibilities

Lead and expand the staffing & recruitment business across Qatar
-
Drive business development and sales strategy, acquiring new clients across industries
-
Oversee delivery operations for Non-IT hiring mandates
-
Manage high-volume hiring across:
-
Blue-collar workforce
-
Grey-collar workforce
-
White-collar workforce
-
Build, mentor, and scale high-performing recruitment and sales teams
-
Develop and manage key accounts, ensuring long-term client partnerships
-
Handle enterprise, government, and semi-government accounts
-
Lead and manage tender participation and bidding processes
-
Ensure strong governance, compliance, and service delivery excellence
Candidate Profile
Exp - 7-8 years , relevant exp from Staffing & Recruitment industryLocal country Exp minimum - 5 yearsAcquired IT industry requirements in multiple sectorsManaged volume based business towards grey , blue & white collar requirements and RPO projects.Experience in BPO business will be an added valueHandled end to end sales across QatarKey account managementTender BiddingExposure in both Enterprise accounts & Govt- Semi Govt accounts
