Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the central liaison between departments to ensure smooth project flow and communication.
  • Coordinate client meetings, prepare strategic agendas, and follow up on critical action items.
  • Manage and update the CRM database to track business leads, client interactions, and project status.
  • Assist in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and operational reports.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and suggest creative solutions to improve overall business efficiency.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure every client promise is met on time.

Skills and Requirements

  • Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage multiple calendars and project deadlines with total precision.
  • Communication Mastery: Professional fluency in English (verbal and written); Arabic is a distinct advantage in the Doha market.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Adaptability: A proactive mindset that can pivot quickly in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, with 1–3 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role.
