What You’ll Be Grooving On

You’ll take center stage in our Business Office, handling the financial heartbeat of the facility:

• Mastering Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing
• Leading Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, including collections
• Keeping financial records sharp, compliant, and organized
• Submitting A/R data with precision — adjustments, write‑offs, and all
• Reviewing and distributing monthly statements
• Solving resident billing questions with clarity and care
• Managing private pay, crossover, and insurance claims
• Maintaining financial files that would make any auditor smile
• Overseeing Petty Cash and Resident Trust Funds
• Reconciling accounts and balancing checkbooks
• Updating medication drug exemptions every six months
• Meeting families during admissions and offering warm, knowledgeable support
• Exercising sound judgment to keep collections on track
• Stepping in as backup for A/P and HR/Payroll when needed

What You Bring to the Band

• High school diploma required
• At least 1 year of accounting experience in a healthcare or similar setting
• Familiarity with healthcare billing
• Supervisory experience is a bonus
