3. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with Education, Operations, Development, Finance, and Data teams
  • Liaise regularly with field coordinators in remote villages

4. Monitoring, Reporting & Process Optimization

  • Track deliverables, timelines, and KPIs
  • Maintain structured project dashboards and follow-up systems
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for leadership
  • Document workflows and support process standardization
  • Recommend operational improvements based on data and field feedback

5. Program & Initiative Support

  • Support the rollout of new programs and initiatives
  • Assist in research documentation, grant tracking, and stakeholder engagement
  • Participate in regular meetings with US-based leadership
  • Continuously learn and apply operational best practices

Core Job Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills (English & Urdu required)
  • Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams
  • Strong organisational, coordination, and follow-up skills
  • Proficient with online tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, WhatsApp, Excel, etc.)
  • Must be available Monday to Saturday
  • Must be able to work during US time zones

Qualification and Experience:

  • Minimum Qualification: Master's degree in development, program management, business management, or closely related fields
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in education, development, program management, business management, or closely related fields

  • Experience working in education or poverty uplift programs
  • Prior experience with NGOs or social impact organizations
