Business Sales Manager - Multan

Innova Group is a leading agricultural solutions company dealing in seeds, fertilizers, and crop protection products. We are looking for a results-oriented Business Manager to lead our Multan Business Unit, drive sales growth, manage operations, and lead teams to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales and operational staff to ensure high performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key clients.
  • Oversee inventory, logistics, and timely product distribution across the unit.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present regular reports on business performance and market insights.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align local business strategies with company goals.

Requirements / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales, business management, or operations in the agricultural sector.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and achieving business targets.
  • Strong knowledge of agricultural products (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and drive results.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
