Innova Group is a leading agricultural solutions company dealing in seeds, fertilizers, and crop protection products. We are looking for a results-oriented Business Manager to lead our Multan Business Unit, drive sales growth, manage operations, and lead teams to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales and operational staff to ensure high performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key clients.
- Oversee inventory, logistics, and timely product distribution across the unit.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and operational procedures.
- Prepare, analyze, and present regular reports on business performance and market insights.
- Collaborate with senior management to align local business strategies with company goals.
Requirements / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales, business management, or operations in the agricultural sector.
- Proven experience in managing teams and achieving business targets.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural products (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides) is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and drive results.
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
