Business setup Advisor

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on suitable business setup options in UAE Mainland, Free Zones, and Offshore jurisdictions
• Understand client business requirements and recommend appropriate license types and legal structures
• Explain procedures, timelines, costs, and documentation required for company formation
• Generate leads, conduct consultations, and convert inquiries into successful closures
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and agreements to clients
• Coordinate with government authorities, free zones, and internal PRO teams
• Assist clients with investor/partner visas, establishment cards, and related services
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and authority requirements
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on pending documentation and payments
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Stay updated on UAE business setup regulations, policies, and market trends

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in UAE business setup, company formation, or consultancy
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Mainland, Free Zones, and DED/DET procedures
• Proven experience in sales, client handling, and deal closure
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
